  11. Hi Ron. No need for plans. The sheet is 1/4 of a full sheet of ply, the holes are 20mm dia and at a 90 degree pattern spaced at 96 mm centres.

  12. If you wanted to but the legs are not long enough.

  13. Thanks Simon!

  14. Thanks Calum!

  15. Thank you!

  16. Thanks Daniel!!

  22. Thanks Michael!

  23. You’re a woodworking legend, mate!

  24. Thanks John!! Not dead yet.

  25. David Stanton yes. You’ve really inspired me with this build. I’m new to learning about track saws and don’t have a workshop at the moment so something like this is perfect to get me going.

  26. Absolutely brilliant Dave. Just found your channel and have been engrossed for a few days. I can see you are going to be a bad influence, already ordered up some mag switches, and now I can see I am going to have to knock one of these up too. Cheers from Florida…

  27. Fantastic as always! Please would you mind sharing how you attach the Festool hose to the dust port of the Dewalt router? I have the same setup and the hose keeps slipping off, so am wondering if you cut off the outer clear plastic collar away and just kept the inner collar?

  28. This is an incredible setup man!

  29. Thanks for watching Bobby!

  30. Thanks eddomak! Yes, you got it in one re the dewalt outer plastic!

  31. Hi Steve, it’s a slippery slope! Enjoy the ride, thanks for watching!!

  32. Perhaps Euro screws with predrilled holes would be an alternative to cutting off screw ends. You can get 6.5mm x 10mm for $22 for a box of 1000 from Trademasterjoinery.com.au. You might have to redrill and countersink the track holes.

  33. Best video yet dave! Keep up the good work! You are the bob Ross of woodworking 👍

  34. Merci 👍👍👍

  35. Thanks!

  36. Thanks Dom!

  37. Bob, is it u? Haha nice how u fall in love with every single working step, reminds me on Bob Ross, but never mind! The result is coming out really professional! Will take years for me to try

  38. Who is this Bob Ross character? Sounds like a nice guy!

  39. David Stanton what type of vac system. Do you have a link

  40. Very detailed , informative with great vedio . This is a project I can use in my shop.

  41. I have those screws Stephen. Maybe an idea for the future?

  42. Thanks David!

  43. Very creative video. I think I will give this a try. Boss Ross was a really laid back painter/artist that did instructional TV shows that are now available on You Tube. Check him out you may be related.
